We believe in total transparency. Our pricing structure is simple:
You can buy more credits than you strictly need right now because it's a credits system. For example, if you need 1,560 profiles, but you send us $30, the spare balance stays on the system for the next time you need to do an update. (When you update, if you have picked up an extra 100 Mutuals, you only pay for the 100, i.e about $1). This minimises the amount you spend in the long term, ensuring you only pay our fee when you need a decent top-up, rather than every single time you run the service.
On first purchase, we send you a KEY. Your credit is assigned to that KEY. When you buy top-ups, we will ask you for your KEY so that we can apply the credit correctly. (We do intend to automate this process in due course, but for now, cautiously manual).
